Learn the Early Signs of a Developmental Disability [video]

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has launched an information campaign called, “Learn the Signs: Act Early,” that aims to educate parents and educators about childhood development. From birth to 5 years, your child should reach milestones in how he plays, learns, speaks, acts and moves.
