September 11, 2019, News

CHC’s Patrice Crisostomo and Meghna Singh, representing CHC’s Teen Wellness Committee, appeared on the September 7 edition of KCBS Radio‘s In Depth radio show on the topic of raising awareness around mental health.

This In Depth broadcast also features Bridgewatch Angels, a volunteer group that patrols the Golden Gate Bridge and offers support to those who may be contemplating suicide, Peer-Run Warm Line, a non-emergency resource for those in the Bay Area seeking emotional support, Community Solutions, a Gilroy-based mental health and social services provider, and Street Health services, part of Alameda County Health Care for the Homeless.

Aired just prior to National Suicide Prevention Week, this program is part of the national I’m Listening campaign for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
