This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Children’s Health Council collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.chconline.org; www.sandhillschool.org; www.edrevsf.org; www.speakmindfully.org; website (“Sites”). This privacy policy applies to the Sites and all web products and web services offered by Children’s Health Council. Please note this policy does not pertain to medical or educational records that are otherwise subject to their own respective state and federal regulations.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, subscribe to the CHC newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites and through our live/webinar services. Please note Children’s Health Council does not respond to ‘Do Not Track’ (DNT) requests.
