Bloomingdale’s Grand Opening at Stanford Benefits Charities
Over the years, Bloomingdale’s has been a staunch supporter of CHC by donating funds to our school art programs. October 10th Bloomingdale’s is opening a new store in Stanford Shopping Center and as part of the celebration they are donating back to community charities including CHC.
Two exciting events occur next week where you can participate:
October 8th is an opening gala with cocktails and seated dinner followed by a special performance by Alexa Ray Joel and shopping event. Bloomingdale’s is donating 10% of the evening’s sales to the Bay Area Autism Consortium, of which CHC is a member. In addition, an anonymous donor has pledged a match gift to CHC–they will make a donation for 10% of all sales from the evening up to $10,000! So please consider attending and SHOPPING October 8! October 9th is a Preview Shopping Day, where ten local non-profits will receive a generous donation from Bloomingdales. CHC is proud to report we have been chosen as one of the recipients! Contact Jen Bugnatto at jbugnatto@stage.chconline.org for a special invitation to attend the preview day-which includes a $20 BMoney card to use o anything in the new store from October 9-13.
