Our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected. What we think can affect how we feel and act. And what we do can affect how we think and feel. Changing one can help change the others. We can use this fact to help ourselves feel better and live the way we want to live.

Each of the stories is also available to download as a PDF.

The skills are the same as those taught in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy, and focus on healthy ways to deal with stressful situations. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) works by helping a person notice how their thoughts affect how they feel and behave. CBT helps them turn unhelpful thoughts around to more helpful thoughts so they feel better.
