Erin Concepcion Hoolihan, PsyD

Meet The CHC Expert

Dr. Erin Concepcion Hoolihan, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychological assessments and therapy for youth and families. With a focus on child and adolescent psychology, Dr. Hoolihan treats a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral concerns. She is passionate about working with diverse youth and providing supportive, collaborative care. Dr. Hoolihan holds a PsyD from the University of Indianapolis and completed her postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring the Bay Area’s food scene.

Zahra Mutaza, PhD

Meet The CHC Expert

Dr. Zahra Murtaza, PhD, is dedicated to supporting diverse children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based practices and cultural humility. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Dr. Murtaza earned her PhD in Clinical-Community Psychology from Georgia State University and completed postdoctoral training at CHC, specializing in DBT. Fluent in English, Urdu/Hindi, and Spanish, she is passionate about reducing mental health disparities. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
