Yvonne Gragnola
Physical Education Teacher
Yvonne has taught physical education at Esther B. Clark for a year now. After completing her training for children and kids with learning differences, specifically autism, she coached kids at a sports camp for Growfit.
Yvonne has a range of experiences dealing with learning differences and has undergone personal training with twelve years of practice. Additionally, she has taken several parenting and in home training courses. Working with children ages three to fifteen, Yvonne instills a sense of humor into her teaching style as a way to motivate children.
As a patient, easy-going and fun centric individual, she hopes to engage children through positive reinforcing behavior. She wants kids to play openly with exercise in a safe environment, while incorporating structured physical education curriculum. She enjoys being around children 24/7 and that is basically her life. Yvonne has completed the Family to Family class with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), and believes as we are able to teach children, children are able to teach us as well.
