Leticia Elias is a strong believer in the capacity for people to heal and grow from adversity. She is honored to be a part of a child or teen’s restorative journey and understands the power of family. Leticia has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2003 and has worked in a variety of settings to include non-profits, county institutions and HMOs both in leadership and direct practice roles. Leticia has over 25 years of clinical experience providing therapy to various age groups including children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience working with families facing the challenges of separation and divorce, addiction and parent/child conflict. Leticia has a wide-breadth of knowledge treating issues such as anxiety/depression, substance abuse, learning challenges, ADHD, ASD, LGBTQ+, phase-of-life transitions and end-of-life. Her most recent work includes serving families in IOP (Intense Outpatient Program) providing family therapy and leading support groups for both parents and teens. She operates from a strength-based transcultural lens and collaborates with clients to invite solution focused results.
