Leilani Michelle Jones
DEI Program Manager
Leilani is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager at CHC. She is passionate about creating spaces where all people feel welcome, comfortable and safe! Leilani completed her studies at Northwestern University in Sociology and Ethnic Studies, with additional studies in Gender and Disability Studies.
Prior to joining CHC, Leilani has worked for the Center for the Study of Diversity and Democracy, and she was a DEI Consultant for various organizations, companies and schools. She has also worked on a statewide collaborative across all California public hospitals to implement initiative to improve outcomes for diverse populations.
In addition to her professional experience, Leilani is a Los Angeles native, who loves spending time with family, trying new vegan restaurants, playing with her Goldendoodle and doing yoga!
