Learning Specialists Collaborative
This Collaborative group is especially for learning specialists and other educators who work with students with learning differences.

- It’s easy and it’s free with quarterly, virtual meetings
- Get to know your colleagues at schools throughout the bay area
- Share resources for supporting students with learning differences
- Share challenges and find support
- Problem solve and network with colleagues about best practices for working with students with learning differences

Leadership Collaborative
This Collaborative group led by CHC and Stanford Medicine is especially for those who work to support youth mental health and wellness and includes more than 100 participants across Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.
About the Group
The Leadership Collaborative:
- Shares resources and identify gaps in support and services
- Collectively joins together to help solve some of our community’s greatest challenges
- Creates a unified and effective continuum of care for youth mental health from prevention to intervention
- Calls upon each other during times of crisis for support to mobilize resources and aid

The School Heads Collaborative:
- Meets quarterly in the spirit of collaboration to connect, share resources, and discuss challenges related to running small, specialized schools
- Each school in the Collaborative works to support and provide options for students in our community who learn differently
- These specialized schools generally provide smaller learning environments, specialized instruction, or flexible schedules
