Children’s Health Council accepts referrals from professionals. We are also committed to training current and future professionals who work with children.

Referring Professionals

When you refer a patient or client to Children’s Health Council, we ask the family for consent to keep you informed.

After an evaluation*, we will send the summary and full report.

If your patient or client receives additional services at Children’s Health Council, we will keep you informed.  You may also contact us for an update on your patient’s or client’s progress.

Professional Training

Children’s Health Council is committed to training current and future professionals who work with children. Thousands of professionals throughout the country and internationally have benefited from our training.

Continuing Education

Children’s Health Council offers continuing education courses taught on site by top professionals each year. Classes are accredited by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and the American Psychological Association and are led by licensed professionals. Continuing education credits are available for MFTs, LCSWs and psychologists. Depending on the topic, classes can be a full day or half day. Full day classes include lunch. Fees: $150 for full day, $75 for half day.
