Presenters Jude Wolf, Ed.D., Lori Krauss, and Nathan Fernandez share strategies and approaches used to ensure success throughout the life-span. From the perspective of a parent, student, and school, they share the experiences that led to finding appropriate supports within the school system, to fostering relationships with mentors, to communicating and collaborating with teachers and support staff and finally creating a transition plan for post-secondary education.
