anxietyorg183Hundreds of millions of people worldwide have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder or related mood or mental health issue.  The majority of those diagnosed or struggling with an anxiety disorder don’t receive treatment or have access to the information, treatment, or tools they need during their journey to recovery.

Anxiety.org aims to make mental health information accessible, inclusive, easy-to-find, and easy-to-understand. Their goal is to bridge the understanding gap that exists between mental health professionals and those actually dealing with anxiety disorders, and help those who have anxiety disorders to overcome their condition.

If you are wondering whether the feelings that you or a loved one are experience rise to the level of an anxiety disorder, you may want to begin with “What is Anxiety?” or take the simple seven question quiz, Do I Have Anxiety?

Learn about specific anxiety disorders:

Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Social Anxiety
Panic Disorder
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Separation Anxiety
Phobias

You can also explore the site content in the Anxiety A-Z and Treatments sections, or browse articles, which can be sorted by those most recently published or most popular.
