Education and Engagement: Together for Kids

We are pleased to introduce Community Education and Engagement (CEE) as the new and improved outreach division of CHC. Kids are better served when the community works together to leverage its strengths through education and partnership. CEE provides a full season of free and engaging positive parenting classes, discussions, meetings and resources for parents, teens, teachers and behavioral health professionals. Classes run from September through May and are accessible online. Topics of interest include Social Emotional Learning, Being a Teen in the Valley, ADHD, Anxiety and Learning Differences, Adolescent Sexuality and more. CHC’s CEE team is committed to listening to the voices of our community and building strength through partnerships.

We’re committed to working with schools and districts, parents and teens, pediatric groups and strategic partners like Stanford, Crisis Text Line, Bring Change 2 Mind, Adolescent Counseling Services and more to provide support to one another, leverage our collective strengths, and support the promise and potential of all kids, teens and young adults.
